Thinking about asking your favorite Zoi to move in? Maybe you're picturing cozy nights, shared bills, or just less walking across town. Unfortunately, in inZOI, there’s a catch: you can’t just ask someone to move in—at least not the normal way.

Can You Ask to Move In?
Nope. As of the Early Access version of inZOI, there’s no dialogue option or social interaction that lets you ask another Zoi to move in with yours. It’s not you, it’s the game.
How to Actually Move In Together
Option 1: Get Married
Marriage is the one built-in path to cohabiting. Once your Zois tie the knot, you’ll get a pop-up that asks if you want to move them into a new home together. It’ll also give you the option to split the households if needed. It’s fast, clean, and—bonus—you get a little celebration too.
Option 2: Use Edit City to Move Zois Manually
If your Zois aren’t the marrying type (no judgment), you can still move them in together using the Edit City tool:
Press M to open the City Map
Click on All Families
Select Move Zois Between Families
Drag and drop whoever you want into whichever household you want
That’s it. It's like sneaking someone into the house, but with menus.

Until inZOI adds a real “ask to move in” option, your only choices are to get hitched or manually edit the households. Either way works—just depends on whether your Zois want romance or real estate.
