Carnevale
The third and largest chapter brings you to a twisted circus filled with puppets, performers, and eerie laughter. The Kin acts as the main antagonist here, forcing children to perform for The Herd. The open design and layered puzzle paths make it the most complex level in the game, with roughly ten dolls scattered throughout.
The Institute
This final chapter ties the story together. You’ll explore the institution that once held Low, now warped by his memories and fears. It’s darker, quieter, and more psychological, introducing the Overseer whose arms stretch through endless hallways. Like earlier stages, it contains about five hidden dolls.
Secrets of the Spiral Expansion
The Secrets of the Spiral DLC is confirmed to add two more chapters after launch. Bandai Namco hasn’t revealed a release date yet, but the expansion will expand the story with new areas, hidden lore, and a fresh costume pack called the Ferryman Set.
