Each Module in Murky Divers has a unique purpose, and some are more useful than others. This tier list ranks all the modules currently available, from the best modules to the worst, and explains how to use them.

S-Tier: The Best Modules

1. EMP Module ($400)

  • What It Does: The EMP sends out a blast of energy that stuns all nearby monsters. It protects you and your teammates during dangerous dives.

  • How to Use It: Equip it in the shower and activate it by pressing Q or E. It has a 10-second recharge time.

  • Why It's S-Tier: This is the best module for safety. It’s perfect for dangerous areas, especially in the late game. Every team should have at least one person with the EMP module.

A-Tier: Very Useful

2. Flashlight Module ($100)

  • What It Does: The flashlight lights up dark areas, helping you see experiments, body parts, and danger ahead.

  • How to Use It: Equip it in the shower. It works automatically and appears as a big light on your head.

  • Why It's A-Tier: It’s cheap and better than glow sticks. If you’re exploring deep, dark areas, this is a must-have.

B-Tier: Solid Choices

3. Body Parts Detector ($130)

  • What It Does: This module releases a fly that points toward nearby corpses and experiments.

  • How to Use It: Equip it in the shower, and it works on its own. A small fly will guide you to body parts.

  • Why It's B-Tier: It’s great for solo divers and big maps. It saves time when collecting bodies but doesn’t help much with combat or survival.

4. Grappling Hook ($200)

  • What It Does: Lets you grab items or move faster by pulling yourself to walls or structures. You can also pull teammates to safety.

  • How to Use It: Equip it in the shower. Aim and shoot with Q or E.

  • Why It's B-Tier: It’s helpful for solo divers and tricky areas. However, it’s a bit pricey and not essential for survival.

C-Tier: Situational

5. X-Ray Module ($150)

  • What It Does: Lets you see teammates and fallen divers through walls and doors.

  • How to Use It: Equip it in the shower and activate it with Q or E.

  • Why It's C-Tier: It’s useful for finding teammates, but it’s not as helpful for solo divers or combat.

How to Install Modules

  1. Go to the shower on your submarine.

  2. Equip the module you want.

  3. Save your setup, and the module will work during your dive.

Tips for Using Modules

  1. Plan Ahead: Use the right module for the mission. For example, use the EMP in dangerous maps or the Flashlight in dark areas.

  2. Save Money: Some modules are expensive, so focus on the ones you need most.

  3. Combine with Your Team: If you’re in a group, coordinate who gets which module to cover all needs.

Modules can make a big difference in Murky Divers. The EMP is the best for safety, while the Flashlight and Body Parts Detector are great for exploring. Pick the ones that you think will help you the most and you’ll be ready for any challenge!
