Where Is The Bar And Lounge Safe

You encounter the Bar and Lounge while exploring the second floor of the Care Center as Grace.

The safe is:

  • Behind the counter

  • On the northwest side of the room

Be careful here. An enemy patrols the area and can alert nearby zombies if it spots you. You do not need to clear the room to open the safe, but it makes things easier.

Where To Find The Safe Code

If you want to find the combination naturally, you need to visit the Office in the West Wing.

Steps to reach it:

  1. Progress until you obtain the Level 1 ID Wristband in the East Wing.

  2. Unlock the door at the end of the Parlor corridor.

  3. Go up the stairs near the Custodian’s Office to reach the second floor.

  4. Enter the Office.

Inside the Office, you will find a document on the desk that contains the Bar and Lounge safe code.

After reading it, head back toward the Bar and Lounge. You can move through the Kitchenette to reach the hallway west of the room.

Bar And Lounge Safe Code

If you do not want to backtrack, here are the combinations.

On Casual and Standard difficulties:

  • Turn left to 10

  • Turn right to 80

  • Turn left to 30

On Insanity difficulty:

  • Turn right to 20

  • Turn left to 50

  • Turn right to 30

Make sure you rotate the dial in the correct direction each time. If you overshoot, reset and try again.

What Is Inside The Safe

Opening the safe gives you:

  • 3 Antique Coins

You can use Antique Coins in the Parlor to purchase permanent upgrades. Grabbing these early makes later fights easier.

Final Note

The Bar and Lounge safe is optional, but skipping it means missing easy upgrade currency. If you are playing on higher difficulty, those Antique Coins are especially valuable. It is worth the short detour.
