Step 1 Get the Artificial Heart
The Artificial Heart is located in the Cold Storage in the West Wing.

Step 2 Get the Artificial Lungs
The Artificial Lungs are locked inside the Organ Transport Box in the Garage.
Before you can open it, you must complete the second Puzzle Box in the Lead Researcher’s Office on East Wing 2F. That puzzle rewards you with a file explaining how to unlock the Organ Transport Box.
After that, go to West Wing 1F Garage and pick up the Organ Transport Box. Be ready for an infected driving a bulldozer during this section.
To open the box, examine it and do the following:
Turn the dial from Auto to Hand
Raise the right hand switch to the middle level of the gauge
Press switch 5, then switch 2, lowering both
Flip the dial from Hand back to Auto
Rotate the container and open it
Inside, you will find the Artificial Lungs.
Step 3 Install the Organs
With both organs collected, return to East Wing 1F Examination Room.
Interact with the patient and place the Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs inside the chest cavity.
This triggers a reanimation sequence. The patient revives, along with other nearby infected whose heads were not destroyed.
You can clear the room or focus on the main target. Once the primary enemy is downed, you will receive the ID Wristband Level 2.
