Becoming a cop in ROB RUN lets you patrol Looty Bay, arrest criminals, and earn money through police work. However, you can't join the force whenever you want, since officer positions are limited. Here's exactly where to go and how to start your first shift.
How to Be a Cop in ROB RUN
To become a cop in ROB RUN, head to the Looty Bay Police Station and select Start Duty at the police registration area. You can only enlist when an officer position is available, so make sure the department has an open slot before attempting to join.
Follow these steps:
- Travel to Looty Bay and locate the Police Station.
- Enter the station and find the police registration area.
- Check whether there are any available officer slots.
- Select Start Duty to become a police officer.
- Collect your department-issued equipment and patrol vehicle to begin working.
Once you've joined, you can patrol the city, confront criminals, and confiscate contraband to earn a paycheck. You don't need to purchase your own police equipment, since the department provides standard gear when you enlist.
You may also receive backup requests when the police force needs additional officers. Responding to these calls provides upgraded equipment and a temporary increase in pay.
Why Can't You Join the Police in ROB RUN?
If you can't become a cop, the most likely explanation is that all available police positions are occupied. ROB RUN limits how many players can serve as officers simultaneously, so you'll need to wait for another slot to open before enlisting.
If you've recently been committing robberies, check your Criminal status as well. Removing your mask doesn't immediately restore Civilian status. You must leave Looty Bay and return to clear your Criminal status before attempting to join as a Civilian.
You don't need to purchase a badge or unlock advanced police equipment before beginning your first shift. As long as you're eligible to enlist and an officer slot is available, you can start working directly through the Police Station.
