Packaging product in the game Schedule 1

Note: This guide covers content from Schedule 1, a satirical video game set in a fictional world. All items, recipes, and references are entirely made up and exist only in the game. Please don’t try any of this in real life!

Packed some product a little too early in Schedule 1? Thought you were about to move a brick, only to realize you needed singles for Keith and Kathy down the street? Yeah. It happens. Good news: unpacking is a thing. The game just doesn’t exactly shout about it.

Here’s how to unpackage your stuff if you change your mind—or messed up.

Step 1: Go Back to the Packaging Station

Walk up to your Packaging Station (the same place you used to seal it all up). If it’s a basic one, don’t worry—it still works for this.

Step 2: Flip the Switch

There’s a blue arrow in the interface that usually means “Package.” Click it once, and it turns red, meaning “Unpackage.” Yes, that’s literally it. No menu. No dramatic warning.

Step 3: Place the Package in the Output Slot

Drop your sealed bag, jar, or brick into the Output slot. Then hit the Unpack button.

The station will do its thing, and the product will split back into the “Product” section. Your packaging (bag, jar, whatever) goes back into the packaging slot.

Why Would You Even Unpackage Anything?

  • Jar Regret: You packed five units into a jar, but you only needed two for that order. That’s profit walking away.

  • Mixing Mishaps: You packed something, then realized it could’ve been mixed for higher value.

  • Customer-specific requests: Some only want singles, and you just gave them a Costco-sized stash.

Basically, early-game deals often ask for 1–3 units. Packing in jars or bricks too soon can cost you money. Save those for when you’re deep in the business, swimming in orders.

Final Blurb

Unpackaging isn’t just about fixing a mistake—it’s about staying flexible. In Schedule 1, every gram and every dollar count, especially early on. Know when to go big, and when to break it back down.

Because no one wants to hand a $200 jar to a guy offering $12.
