If you accidentally (or intentionally) kill a merchant in V Rising, don’t worry—you haven’t locked yourself out of trading forever. Merchants like Gavyn the Shady Dealer will respawn after a short time, usually within a day or two of in-game time.
What Happens When You Kill a Merchant
They drop loot: Often includes Silver Coins, which are useful (but dangerous to carry).
You get hostility: That specific merchant will be hostile if you return before they reset.
