WoW How to Farm Love Tokens: Love is in the Air Event Guide for World of Warcraft

The Love is in the Air event runs until February 17th, and you’ll need Love Tokens to buy mounts, pets, toys, and other rewards. If you want to farm them as fast as possible, here’s a guide on the best method.

Step 1: Create a New Allied Race Character

To maximize your tokens, create an Allied Race character. Pick a Tank or Healer class so you get into dungeons faster. Druids work great for this.

  • Horde players should go to Orgrimmar’s celebration area.

  • Alliance players should go to Stormwind’s celebration area.

Step 2: Complete the Starting Quests

Pick up the introductory event quests from the celebration area.

  1. Talk to NPCs – Rewards 5 Love Tokens.

  2. Find Clues in the City – Rewards 5 Love Tokens.

  3. Defeat Crown Chemical Co. NPCs in the city – Rewards 5 Love Tokens.

Step 3: Shadowfang Keep Quests

  1. Travel to Shadowfang Keep (Silverpine Forest).

    • Horde: Use the Undercity portal.

    • Alliance: Fly or portal to Tirisfal Glades, then head south.

  2. Complete the quest at the dungeon entrance (+25 Love Tokens).

  3. Kill mobs in the nearby town & use bombs on gifts (+25 Love Tokens).

  4. Enter Crown Chemical Co. Dungeon via Dungeon Finder.

    • Tanks & Healers get instant queues.

    • Defeat the mini-boss for another 25 Love Tokens.

Step 4: Repeat the Process

  1. Deposit Love Tokens in your Warband Bank.

  2. Delete your character.

  3. Create a new Allied Race character.

  4. Repeat the entire process.

Each run takes 8-9 minutes, giving you 440-560 Love Tokens per hour.

Alternative Method (Slower but Easier)

If you don’t want to create new characters, just:

  • Run the event dungeon daily on multiple alts.

  • Earn 30-40 Love Tokens per day per character.

  • Store them in your Warband Bank.

What to Buy with Love Tokens?

  • Swift Lovebird Mount – Can sell for 30,000-60,000 gold.

  • Pets & Toys – Also resell well on the Auction House.

This method easily makes 50,000 gold per hour, making it one of the best gold farms during the event.

Happy farming!
