To change moves in Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest, return to your Clan's camp and talk to the trainer cat. Select the option to learn a new move, which also allows you to swap your currently equipped attacks. Each cat can equip up to four combat moves at once.
How to Change Moves in Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest
You can change your moves through the trainer at your Clan's camp.
- Return to your Clan's camp.
- Find and speak to the trainer cat.
- Select the option to learn a new move.
- Choose from the combat moves you've unlocked.
- Replace one of your currently equipped attacks with the move you want to use.
You can only equip four moves at a time, even though there are 75 unlockable moves in the game. Learning additional attacks gives you more options to choose from, but doesn't increase the number of available combat slots.
Can You Change Moves During Combat?
No. Move changes are handled through the trainer at camp, not through the battle menu.
Make your changes before entering a difficult fight. Some moves also affect your combat stance, so your selection determines more than which attacks appear during battle.
Why Can't You Equip a New Move?
If a move isn't available when speaking to the trainer, make sure you've actually unlocked it. The game features 75 combat moves, but you won't have access to all of them immediately.
If you already have four moves equipped, you'll need to replace one rather than add another slot.
Also, make sure you're speaking to the trainer at camp. The move-learning option is where you manage equipped attacks, so you won't find the same functionality in the regular combat menu.
Once you've selected your four moves, you can return to battle with your updated attacks.
