How to Donate to a Guild in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO)
Donating to your guild in ESO helps fund guild traders, events, and more. Since there’s no direct “gold deposit” option, here’s how you can donate gold or items:
1. Donating Items via Guild Bank
Open the Guild Menu by pressing “G” (PC) or using the main menu on consoles.
Choose the guild you want to donate to and select “Guild Bank”.
Click “Deposit” and add the items you want to donate.
Note: The guild bank only accepts items, not gold. Your guild needs at least 10 members to access the guild bank.
2. Donating Gold via Mail
Open the Mail menu and select “Send”.
Enter the name of the Guild Leader or Treasurer in the recipient field.
Attach the amount of gold you want to donate.
(Optional) Add a short message like “Guild donation.”
Click “Send” to complete the donation.
3. Donating through Guild Events
Some guilds host events like raffles or auctions to raise funds. Participating in these events helps support the guild while giving you a chance to win prizes.
Tips
Always check your guild’s donation rules in the Message of the Day or ask an officer for details.
Regular donations help keep guild traders running. Hiring a trader can cost up to 1 million gold per week in busy locations.
Donating is a great way to keep your guild strong and active. Whether it’s gold, items, or event participation, every contribution counts!
