How to Get the Conspirator Achievement in That's Not My Neighbor

Let’s get this out of the way: The Conspirator achievement in That’s Not My Neighbor isn’t unlocked by just acting sketchy. You can’t just fail the day, turn people away for fun, or look suspicious. You have to do things too well... and then do something very bad. Let’s break it down.

How to Actually Unlock It

Here’s what you need to do in Campaign Mode:

  • Play through perfectly:

    • Let in only real neighbors

    • Reject all doppelgängers

    • No mistakes, no warnings, no drama

  • Then, at the end of the day:

    • The real Dr. W. Afton shows up

    • You need to eliminate him

    • Not a fake version—not a lookalike—the real guy

Why Does That Work?

Good question. Apparently, doing your job flawlessly and then taking out the head honcho makes you a conspirator. It’s like being Employee of the Month... and then committing a light treason. The achievement triggers because you chose to betray the system after proving you could beat it.

What Doesn’t Work

  • Failing the day on purpose

  • Rejecting everyone for no reason

  • Letting everyone through

  • Staring at the wall until time runs out

Tried them? Same. None of it works.

Final Blurb

You gotta play it straight—then flip the script at the very end. That’s Not My Neighbor rewards you for pulling the ultimate plot twist: perfection, then betrayal. Henry from KCD2 might just call that a Tuesday.
