Perks are upgrade slots that can be installed on Great quality or higher exhibits in Two Point Museum. They provide useful bonuses like increasing Buzz, boosting Knowledge, deterring thieves, or reducing maintenance needs. Installing them is easy, but you’ll need a Janitor available to apply them.

How to Get Perks

  • Expeditions – Found while exploring the Bungle Wasteland and other areas.

  • Deconstructing Exhibits – Breaking down duplicate exhibits in the Analysis Room provides Perks along with Enlightenment.

How to Install Perks

  1. Select an Exhibit – Click on an exhibit of Great or higher quality.

  2. Find the Perk Slot – In the exhibit’s info panel, look for a plus sign (+) next to Perks.

  3. Choose a Perk – A menu will appear with all available Perks. Select the one you want.

  4. Assign a Janitor – A Janitor will install the Perk once selected.

  5. Done! – The Perk stays on the exhibit until you sell, analyze, or manually remove it (removing destroys the Perk).

Best Perks to Use

  • Buzz Boost – Increases exhibit Buzz, making it more attractive to guests.

  • Knowledge Boost – Improves the Knowledge value of an exhibit.

  • Security Stickers – Prevents theft by discouraging criminals.

  • Dust Deterrent – Reduces how often the exhibit needs cleaning.

Final Blurb

Installing Perks is a great way to enhance your museum’s best exhibits. Make sure to prioritize Perks on high-Buzz, high-Knowledge displays to maximize their effect. And don’t forget to keep Janitors available to install them!
