R.E.P.O. Spewer Monster Guide

The Spewer is a fast-flying enemy in R.E.P.O. that hunts players and vomits green liquid when it spots one. While it doesn’t deal direct damage on contact, it can latch onto you, change your voice, and make you throw up, which is both disgusting and a problem.

What Makes the Spewer Dangerous?

  • Locks onto players – If it touches you, it latches on for 10 seconds to a full minute.

  • Spews acid – The green vomit damages players, enemies, scrap, and breakable objects.

  • Defense mechanism – If cornered, it pukes in self-defense, dealing 10 damage per second.

  • Indirectly helpful – Vomit can destroy Clowns in three pukes, making it a strange but effective weapon.

How to Avoid or Remove a Spewer

  • Stay out of sight – If it sees you, it either charges or waits before puking.

  • Shake it off – If it latches on, tumble (dodge-roll) to break free before it makes you throw up.

  • Don’t face teammates or scrap – If it’s attached, turn away from valuable items to avoid collateral damage.

  • Scare it away – If you grab it before it attaches, it will panic and fly off.

Final Blurb

The Spewer is more of an annoyance than a direct threat, but its vomit can be destructive if ignored. Use its acid against enemies, shake it off fast, and keep your scrap safe. If you play it right, the Spewer can be just as useful as it is dangerous.
