How to Open the First Gate KCD2 | Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Dancing with the Devil Quest Guide

During the Dancing with the Devil quest, you need to open the first gate of Maleshov to let Zizka and his men inside. Here's how to do it easily:
Step 1: Climb the Ladder
Follow your allies to the outer wall of Maleshov.
One of your men will place a ladder against the wall—climb it to get inside.
Step 2: Find the Gate
The gate you need to open is on the eastern side of the area.
If you played the Taking French Leave quest, this is the same gate you used to escape with Hans.
Step 3: Unlock the Gate
Stealth Option: Throw a pebble in the opposite direction to lure guards away, then sneak past and unlock the gate.
Combat Option: If you're spotted, you’ll have to fight the guards before opening the gate.
Step 4: Let Zizka’s Men In
Once the gate is open, Zizka and his forces will enter, making the next battle much easier.
From here, the attack on Maleshov begins, and you’ll be one step closer to victory!
