How to Restore Stats in OSRS

In Old School RuneScape (OSRS), your stats can go down after using some potions, getting hit by enemies, or doing certain activities. Here’s an easy guide to restore and get your stats back to normal.

1. Use Super Restore Potions

  • What They Do: Super Restores fix most of your stats (except Hitpoints).

  • When to Use: Use them if you’ve used a Saradomin Brew or if a boss fight has lowered your stats.

  • Where to Get Them: You can buy them at the Grand Exchange or make them if you have Level 63 Herblore.

2. Drink Sanfew Serums

  • What They Do: These potions work like Super Restores but also fix poison, venom, and disease.

  • When to Use: Use these if you're fighting enemies that can poison or infect you.

  • Where to Get Them: You can buy them at the Grand Exchange or make them with Level 65 Herblore.

3. Wait for Stats to Regenerate

  • What Happens: Your stats slowly go back to normal on their own over time.

  • How to Speed It Up: Use a Rejuvenation Pool in your Player-Owned House to instantly restore all your stats.

Fixing reduced stats is easy if you have the right potions or tools. Keep some Super Restores or Sanfew Serums with you for fights, and you’ll always be ready!
