How to Revive in Path of Exile 2
In Path of Exile 2 (PoE2), when your character dies, you have a few options to get back into the action. Here's how reviving works:
1. Reviving in the Campaign
Solo Play: If you're playing alone and your character dies during the campaign, you'll respawn at the last checkpoint or town. You'll need to travel back to where you died to continue.
Multiplayer (Party Play): When playing with others, your teammates can revive you:
A party member can approach your fallen character and start a revive action.
They need to channel for a few seconds to bring you back.
If the reviving player takes damage during this time, the process can be interrupted.
Note: This revival method is only available in act areas during the campaign.
2. Reviving in Maps (Endgame Content)
Solo Play: In map areas, if you die, you cannot be revived on the spot. You'll respawn in your hideout or the last town, and you'll have to re-enter the map, using up one of its portals.
Multiplayer (Party Play): In maps, party members cannot revive each other. If someone dies, they must return through a portal, consuming one of the limited entries to the map.
Important: Be cautious in maps, as deaths can limit your ability to continue exploring them due to the limited number of portals.
