To get a pet in Loftia, continue completing the main story quests until you reach the Hanging Gardens. Pet adoption unlocks through the main questline in this district, allowing you to obtain companions for free.
Follow these steps:
- Progress through the introductory quests in Loftia City.
- Unlock access to the Hanging Gardens through the main story.
- Continue following the main quests in the Hanging Gardens.
- Complete the pet-related story progression to unlock adoption.
Unlocking the airtram alone isn't enough to obtain a pet. You'll need to continue progressing through the Hanging Gardens quests before the adoption system becomes available.
There's no need to purchase a premium pet or search for a hidden vendor in Loftia City. Your first companion can be obtained through normal gameplay.
Are Pets Free in Loftia?
Yes, you can get pets for free in Loftia by progressing through the main story and unlocking adoption.
There are also special companions associated with additional purchases and earlier rewards, but these aren't required to participate in the regular pet system.
How to Get Greeny, Wheelie, and Waddle
Greeny is a special companion included with Loftia's Supporter Pack.
Wheelie and Waddle are other special pets associated with the game's Kickstarter campaign.
