RS3 Leagues 2 Best Relics Tier List

The best relics in RS3 Leagues 2 are not necessarily the ones with the biggest individual buffs. Since relic choices are permanent, I care much more about whether a pick removes an account-wide problem, replaces an otherwise awkward region requirement, or keeps getting stronger as the rest of the build comes together.

That changes the tier list quite a bit. A relic such as Transmutation can quietly solve multiple resources and even remove pressure from certain region choices, while something like Assassin's Insight can be extremely effective at the one thing it does without actually fixing a major League bottleneck. I would rather spend an irreversible relic choice on something that changes the shape of the account than something that only improves one activity.

Best RS3 Leagues 2 Relics Overall

If I had to rank the relics entirely by how much they can change an account, my top five would be Rejuvenated, Transmutation, Antiquarian, Icyenic Faith, and Golden Touch. They are strong for very different reasons, but all five either remove a substantial progression restriction or create value far beyond a single skill.

Rejuvenated is my number one overall because its real power is not the relic itself; it is getting another relic from an earlier tier. By Tier 6, you already know what your account is missing, which means Rejuvenated lets you go back and take something such as Transmutation, Antiquarian, Production Master, Divine Druid, or Devout after you have enough information to know exactly why you want it. That flexibility is much harder to replace than another isolated Tier 6 effect.

Transmutation comes next because it behaves almost like region insurance. Converting resources into other resources can solve awkward material requirements, target things such as herb seeds, provide a route to time runes, and even create effectively unlimited money through higher-value ores or gems. Instead of asking where every individual resource comes from, you gain another way to manufacture your way around the problem.

Antiquarian is similarly broad, but in a different direction. Archaeology is no longer something you need to build your entire League around just to reach its useful relic powers, and getting access to those powers immediately creates combinations with other relics that continue to matter later. Golden Touch in particular becomes much more attractive when Sticky Fingers can increase auto-pickpocketing speed.

Icyenic Faith is the strongest pure combat relic for most accounts. Doubling base critical chance is already substantial, but full protection through prayers and deflect curses changes difficult PvM far more than another simple damage increase. Those protection effects also provide life steal at the same time, which removes the normal tradeoff between using your prayer for defense or sustain.

Golden Touch rounds out my top five because Thieving can become an entire account engine rather than just another skill. Chests and NPCs can supply money, clues, ores, potions, weapons, and other useful resources depending on your regions, which gives the relic significantly more reach than its description initially suggests.

S Tier Relics

Rejuvenated — S+
Rejuvenated is the relic I would be most reluctant to give up. Previous tiers contain several effects strong enough to define an account, and taking a second one means Tier 6 can solve whatever weakness remains after your regions and earlier relics are already established. Its strength also scales with how well you planned the first five tiers.

Transmutation — S
The appeal here is not merely having more resources; it is being less dependent on where those resources normally come from. Being able to target specific raw materials, create time runes without relying on the usual regional solutions, make money from upgraded ores or gems, and feed Production Master gives Transmutation uses almost everywhere.

Antiquarian — S
Skipping much of the Archaeology burden while immediately gaining access to relic powers is an enormous progression shortcut. It becomes even better when one of those powers completes another relic interaction, with Golden Touch and Sticky Fingers being the clearest example.

Icyenic Faith — S
This is my default Tier 7 choice for anyone who expects PvM to matter. Critical chance, complete protection from correctly used prayers or deflect curses, and simultaneous life steal give it offense, defense, and sustain without demanding an active timing window.

Golden Touch — S
Golden Touch gets this position because it can turn one skill into a supply network. The exact value depends on which NPCs and chests your regions give you, but that is also what makes the relic interesting: good routing can turn Thieving into solutions for money, clues, supplies, weapons, and other progression requirements rather than simply faster Thieving experience.

A Tier Relics

Production Master — A+
Production Master is one of the best relics for converting a good account into a fast account. The +6 production boost lets you reach useful crafts and high-level tasks earlier, while processing large piles of resources becomes considerably less painful. It becomes particularly strong with Transmutation because one relic solves access to materials while the other helps you burn through them efficiently.

Divine Druid — A
Herblore and Summoning can both create annoying supply requirements, and Divine Druid attacks both at once through passive herbs and charms. The tripled familiar boosts also create unusual progression skips, such as using an Abyssal Lurker for a +12 Thieving boost to reach content earlier than your actual level would normally permit.

Nature's Network — A/S with Tirannwn
I would not rank Nature's Network globally as an S-tier relic because the best part of it is so dependent on Tirannwn. With Tirannwn, though, it becomes one of the strongest account-leveling tools available. Using plants during the Cywir Voice of Seren hour can generate Guthixian butterflies that award experience to your lowest skill, effectively turning one regional interaction into a way of dragging awkward skills upward.

Devout — A-
Devout loses some ground in a general League ranking because it contributes less directly to point rushing, but its ceiling for PvM is excellent. Infinite supplies during bosses, stationary Construction and Runecrafting training, and the enormous familiar damage possible from Steel Titans and Ripper Demons with the relic make it much stronger for combat-focused accounts than a generic ranking might suggest.

Voidwalker — A-
Voidwalker is not mandatory because its teleports can eventually be recreated, but the combination of early convenience, passive resources, jewelry teleport access, and clues gives it value across many different account plans. I especially like it when Tirannwn is not part of the region setup, since Nature's Network then loses the interaction that makes it exceptional.

B Tier Relics

Survivalist — B+
Getting the highest-tier Fishing, Mining, and Woodcutting tools immediately removes a lot of early friction, while the 50% artefact restoration chance gives it another useful Archaeology angle. I still keep it below the account-wide relics because it mainly improves activities you still need to perform actively rather than replacing the need to do them.

Infernal Fire — B+
Skipping difficult boss phases can be extremely valuable, particularly when the dangerous portion of an encounter is concentrated into one mechanic or phase. Icyenic Faith ranks higher for me because it is constantly useful, while Infernal Fire's strength depends more heavily on what you are fighting.

Naragi Edict — B
Sixteen seconds of immortality with a major damage increase has enormous potential in experienced hands. The issue is that this power is active rather than passive, so the player needs to know exactly which mechanic or damage window deserves the cooldown. That makes its ceiling excellent and its average value much more player-dependent.

Superheated — B-
Superheated is better than its raw ranking suggests for one specific goal: getting combat-ready quickly. Its interaction with gathering can accelerate Smithing into early equipment, while Blessed Fire Spirits can provide a varied collection of useful supplies. The problem is that Antiquarian eventually gives access to Archaeology relic effects that overlap with parts of what Superheated is trying to accomplish.

Endless Harvest — B-
This relic gets much better the less actively you want to play. Extended AFK gathering is genuinely valuable, particularly when combined with effects that automatically process what you gather, but Endless Harvest does not solve the quality of your gathering tools by itself. For an account built around AFK time, I would move it considerably higher than its general placement here.

C Tier Relics

Clue Connoisseur — C+
If your goal is League points through clues, this can absolutely do its job, and infinite fortunate components give it another useful niche. My issue is that its usefulness stays mostly inside the clue ecosystem, while higher-ranked relics tend to solve multiple unrelated parts of an account.

Crystal Grace — C
Unlocking every spell and bypassing certain spellbook or regional restrictions is convenient, particularly for Runecrafting problems, but Transmutation and Devout can both solve some of the same frustrations while contributing much more elsewhere.

Animal Wrangler — B with Anachronia, D without it
This is one of the hardest relics to give a single tier because its region dependency is so extreme. With Anachronia, faster Big Game Hunter and passive Farming progression create a legitimate account plan. Without Anachronia, too much of what makes Animal Wrangler interesting disappears.

Nature's Network — C outside Tirannwn
The same problem applies here. Nature's Network is fantastic when the Prifddinas and Cywir interaction is available, but I would not take it just to patch Farming when other regions and later Advance Time access can already provide strong Farming progression.

D Tier Relics

Assassin's Insight — D+
Being able to heavily control Slayer task selection sounds stronger than it is because normal Slayer training is not necessarily the best League route. Reaper tasks, Story Mode Vorkath, and Shattered Worlds can provide extremely large chunks of Slayer experience without requiring you to spend the relic slot improving ordinary task selection.

Perkfection — D
This is the relic I would have the hardest time justifying. Storing perks and applying them to whatever equipment you are wearing is convenient, but reaching its full potential requires additional regional support, including Asgarnia for Invention machines and Kandarin for Ancient Invention. A Tier 6 relic should be doing something account-defining, and Rejuvenated gives you another previous-tier powerhouse instead.

Best Relic Pick From Every Tier

Tier 1 — Golden Touch
Golden Touch has the highest long-term ceiling because Thieving can become a source of money, clues, supplies, ores, potions, and even equipment depending on your region plan. Survivalist is the safer active choice, while Endless Harvest is better if AFK time is the entire point of the account.

Tier 2 — Divine Druid
I prefer Divine Druid because herbs, charms, Summoning, and boosted familiars solve more separate account problems than the alternatives. Superheated is the better choice for an aggressive early PvM rush, while Animal Wrangler really wants Anachronia behind it.

Tier 3 — Voidwalker, unless you are taking Tirannwn
Voidwalker is my general pick because the teleports, clues, and resources are useful regardless of what the account eventually becomes. If Tirannwn is locked into the plan, Nature's Network overtakes it because Guthixian butterflies can become an extremely powerful way of feeding experience into otherwise awkward skills.

Tier 4 — Transmutation
This is probably the closest decision. Antiquarian is exceptional, particularly alongside Golden Touch, but Transmutation affects such a broad set of resources that I give it the slight edge for a fresh account plan. If Archaeology is something you absolutely do not want to engage with, taking Antiquarian instead is completely reasonable.

Tier 5 — Production Master
Production Master has the best balance between points, skilling, early access to high-level production, and synergy with the piles of resources other relics generate. Devout overtakes it for a player whose entire League plan revolves around maximizing end-game PvM.

Tier 6 — Rejuvenated
This is the easiest choice on the list. Getting another relic from one of the previous tiers lets you combine effects that were originally mutually exclusive, and by this stage of the account you already know whether you need more resources, processing, combat power, Archaeology relief, or Herblore and Summoning support.

Tier 7 — Icyenic Faith
Icyenic Faith is simply the most universal combat choice. Infernal Fire can trivialize specific boss phases and Naragi Edict has an enormous skill ceiling, but constant critical chance, complete prayer protection, and life steal are useful in practically every serious PvM encounter.

The biggest mistake I would avoid is building the relic list as seven isolated decisions. Relics such as Golden Touch become dramatically better when Antiquarian adds Sticky Fingers, Production Master gets more useful when Transmutation feeds it resources, Divine Druid and Devout reinforce Summoning, and Nature's Network changes completely depending on whether Tirannwn is part of the account.

For that reason, my RS3 Leagues 2 relic tier list values problem-solving and synergy more than raw individual power. The best relic is usually the one that means you no longer have to build the rest of your League around fixing whatever that relic already solved.
