1. Host Your Own Game First
Create a new game
Pick “Skip Prologue”
Host it solo
Then exit the session
2. Try Connecting Again
Now try to join your friend’s game again
If it works, congrats—your game just needed a little nudge
If not, keep going below
3. Add the Host to Your Steam Friends List
Some players fixed it just by friending the host on Steam
After that, they hosted a new game, had the friend join their session

4. Try a Solo Game With the Full Prologue
