Split Fiction Chair The Load Achievement & Trophy Guide

Split Fiction is one of those games where everything looks cute, but half the fun is finding the weird little achievements hidden all over. “Chair The Load” is one of those sneaky ones.

Here’s how to complete Chair the Load without too much chaos.

Where This Happens: Moon Market Side Story

This all takes place during the Moon Market side story. After you open a gate and watch a short scene where three cats run off like they’re late for something, you’ll regain control.

Player 1 should immediately head left from the gate. Just a few steps over, there’s a little wizard shop with a wand sitting out front. Like any responsible gamer, pick it up—no one’s stopping you.

Turn Your Friend Into a Chair

Now that Player 1 has the wand, find Player 2 and start zapping them. The wand will randomly transform them into animals or objects.

What you need: turn Player 2 into a chair. Yes, a chair. When they become a fine piece of furniture, Player 1 just needs to sit on them.

Boom—Chair The Load achievement/trophy unlocked. Your work here is done. Hopefully your friendship survives.

Final Blurb

This is one of those silly little achievements that’s easy to miss, but also easy to do once you know how. Just grab a wand, turn your buddy into furniture, and have a seat. What could go wrong?

Oh, and if you’re already in Moon Market, you might want to grab the Potion Chef achievement too. Two birds, one wizard wand.
