Split Fiction: How to Stop Phone Self-Destruct in Neon Revenge

Image Credit: Hazelight Studios, Split Fiction

During the Sub-Level Gravity Bike chase in Neon Revenge, you’ll have to complete a CAPTCHA on your phone while dodging obstacles at high speed. Fail to do it in time, and your phone self-destructs—which, obviously, is bad.

If you manage to complete it, you’ll earn the "You Are Not a Robot" achievement/trophy.

How to Complete the CAPTCHA Without Failing

  1. Watch for the Prompt – The CAPTCHA will pop up mid-chase, so stay alert.

  2. Follow the Instructions – You might need to select images, type a code, or tap a checkbox.

  3. Don’t Rush, But Don’t Stall – If you mess up, the self-destruct timer speeds up.

  4. Avoid Crashing While Solving – If you hit an obstacle, your phone might get knocked away, making it even harder to complete.

What Happens If You Fail?

If the self-destruct countdown starts, you’ll have a brief chance to cancel it. Miss that window? Boom. You’ll restart from the last checkpoint.

Pro Tip: Try to hit a straight path before opening the CAPTCHA, so you don’t have to steer and solve at the same time.

Survive the CAPTCHA, and not only will you continue the chase, but you’ll also unlock the "You Are Not a Robot" trophy/achievement as proof of your quick reflexes!
