In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, during the quest The Lion's Den, you must solve the mystery of who killed the soldier Chertan. The culprit is revealed to have used a deadly poison known as Kiss of Death.

This poison is central to the investigation, and you’ll find evidence that links it to one of the suspects. The main suspect, Corporal Stephen Crow, is the one who poisoned Chertan’s wine while another soldier, Musa, wasn’t looking. The Kiss of Death is known for being a potent and lethal poison, causing a swift and silent death.

As you progress through the quest, you’ll uncover evidence in Crow’s tent, which supports the claim that he is responsible for Chertan’s murder. Once the trial begins, you can argue that Crow was the murderer, leading to a final confrontation with him.
