So, you've just looted a battlefield, and now you're carrying more armor than a fully stocked armory. The problem? You need to offload it before Henry collapses under the weight. Here’s where to sell armor in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Best Places to Sell Armor

Kuttenberg – The Merchant Hub

  • The best place to sell armor is Kuttenberg.

  • Located in the northern part of the city, you'll find plenty of merchants, including:

    • Armorers (for heavy plate armor)

    • Tailors (for clothes and lighter gear)

    • Weaponsmiths (sometimes buy armor too)

Downside: You need to progress in the story before gaining access to Kuttenberg.

Alternative Selling Locations

Trosky Castle & Nearby Settlements

  • Trosky Castle has a decent blacksmith and traders who buy armor.

  • Some smaller villages have blacksmiths, but they have limited money.

Fences – For Stolen Armor

  • If the armor is acquired through less honorable means, visit a fence.

  • Fences will buy stolen goods, but they don’t have much money, so you might need to sell in chunks.

Maximizing Profit

  • Speech Perks

    • Polished Wares: Increases selling price for pristine gear.

    • Final Offer: Gives you another shot to haggle.

  • Repair Before Selling

    • Use a Blacksmith’s Kit or visit an armorer to fix the gear.

    • Better condition = higher selling price.

Final Blurb

If you’re in Kuttenberg, congratulations—you’ve got plenty of options. If not, just find the nearest armorer, tailor, or fence and lighten Henry’s load. Otherwise, be prepared to make a lot of trips.
