Where to Store Items in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Henry can carry a lot, but even he has his limits. Eventually, you’ll be dragging yourself across Bohemia under the weight of stolen goblets, extra swords, and way too much dried meat. That’s where storage chests come in.
Here’s a quick guide on where to store items in KCD2.
What is the Storage Chest?
The storage chest is your personal, infinite stash for all the loot you don’t want to carry. Anything you put in one chest can be accessed from any other chest in the game. That means if you drop off extra gear in Trosky, you can grab it later in Kuttenberg like some kind of medieval teleporting hoarder.
It’s perfect for storing:
Extra weapons and armor
Crafting materials (because hauling iron around is exhausting)
Stolen goods (guards won’t find them in your stash)
Random junk you swear will be useful later
Where to Find a Storage Chest
Every owned bed comes with a storage chest right next to it. This includes:
Your home or residence
Rooms you rent at taverns
Other safe resting spots
If you’re weighed down by loot, just head to your nearest bed and drop it all in the chest. Just remember—you can’t fast travel while over-encumbered, so plan your stash trips accordingly.
Now that you know where to store your loot, you’re free to collect as many medieval trinkets as your greedy heart desires. Just try not to fill the chest with too many broken swords and moldy apples.
