You cannot currently skip night in Moon Sweepers using a confirmed in-game option. There isn't a known sleep or wait mechanic that lets you fast-forward to morning, so you'll have to work through the darkness until daylight returns. Fortunately, you can make nighttime cleaning considerably easier with the right equipment.

Can You Fast-Forward or Skip Night?
Moon Sweepers doesn't have a confirmed way to advance the day-night cycle manually. That means there's no established button, sleep interaction, or station option for immediately switching back to daytime.
If you're waiting for sunlight to return, I'd use the time to continue cleaning or handle jobs that don't depend on solar electricity rather than stopping your progress entirely.
There's also no verified nighttime duration available in the information we have, so I wouldn't rely on a specific countdown to sunrise.
How to See Better at Night in Moon Sweepers
Night Vision Goggles are the most useful alternative if you're trying to skip night because you can't see where you're going.
Added in Patch 1.0.4, they cost $350 and provide another visibility option during nighttime exploration and cleaning.
After purchasing them, press N to cycle through the available lighting modes:
- Helmet Lamp
- Night Vision Goggles
- Lighting Off
I'd prioritize the goggles if you're regularly cleaning away from stations after dark. They won't shorten the night, but they can make continuing your work much more comfortable.
How to Keep Machines Running During Night
Darkness isn't just a visibility problem. Solar panels stop generating electricity at night, which can interrupt powered production equipment.
Pressure Chambers require 10 kW, while Stone Presses need 18 kW each. If your available stored electricity runs out, those machines won't have the power required for normal operation.
To keep production going, make sure your daytime solar generation can cover current demand while also replenishing enough stored energy for nighttime use.
If you haven't built up sufficient energy reserves, you can still focus on manual cleaning and other activities that don't require powered processing machinery.
Our Moon Sweepers Late Game Guide explains how electricity requirements affect larger production setups.
For now, there's no confirmed shortcut that turns night into day in Moon Sweepers. Night Vision Goggles are your best option for dealing with the darkness, while adequate stored power helps prevent your factory from sitting idle until sunrise.
