Star Wars Zero Company Nebulous Pursuit Best Choice

If you're stuck on the Nebulous Pursuit choice in Star Wars Zero Company, don't worry too much about picking the wrong planet. Delima can apparently be on Sullust, Bothawui, or Mon Gazza, with her location changing between different attempts. The safest way to get the best outcome is to save before making the choice, pick a planet, and reload to try another if you don't find her.

Best Nebulous Pursuit Choice Explained

There isn't one planet you should always choose in Nebulous Pursuit. The three options are Sullust, Bothawui, and Mon Gazza, and Delima has been found on different planets across repeated attempts. That points to her location being randomized rather than the game having one permanent correct answer.

So if another player tells you Mon Gazza worked for them, that doesn't mean Mon Gazza will work for you. The same goes for Bothawui and Sullust. What matters is finding whichever planet Delima has been placed on in your game.

How to Find Delima

The easiest solution is to save before choosing a destination. Try whichever planet you want first, check the result, and reload if Delima isn't there. You only have three possible locations, so even if the first two are wrong, the third should give you the successful outcome without having to sacrifice the entire Operation chain to a guess.

I'd recommend doing this because finding Delima matters beyond the immediate reward. A successful search allows Nebulous Pursuit II to appear later, so there is actually a reason to make sure you get this one right rather than simply accepting a failed result and moving on.

If you're waiting for follow-up Operations or aren't sure what actually advances the campaign, my guide to passing time and advancing Cycles explains how Operations and Tactical Missions interact with the calendar.

Nebulous Pursuit Rewards

All three destinations can give +3 Zone Besh Influence, while successfully finding Delima also rewards 1,000 Credits. There isn't a meaningful reward advantage to choosing Sullust over Bothawui or Mon Gazza, so I wouldn't base the decision on the immediate payout.

The important part is getting the successful search. Finding Delima keeps the storyline going and eventually opens the better-paying second part of Nebulous Pursuit.

What Happens in Nebulous Pursuit II?

Nebulous Pursuit II uses the same basic idea, but this time you're choosing between Nevarro, Koboh, and Lotho Minor. The correct destination again appears to change, so saving before the choice is useful here too.

A successful search in the second Operation can give you 1,500 Credits and an Exotic Modification along with +4 Zone Herf Influence. Lotho Minor is slightly less appealing as a blind first guess because it also carries a Medium chance of Operator injury, so I'd try Nevarro or Koboh first if you're planning to test the destinations through reloads anyway.

If you're trying to keep your strongest Operators available rather than losing Cycles to injuries, my best team and squad composition guide covers the roster setup I prefer, while the Specialization tier list ranks the standard classes individually.

So Which Planet Should You Pick?

Pick any of the three planets first, but save before doing it. Delima can apparently be on Sullust, Bothawui, or Mon Gazza, so there isn't one answer that works for everyone. If your first choice fails, reload and try another until you find her; getting the successful result is worth the extra effort because it allows Nebulous Pursuit II to show up later.
