Objectives
Obtain and read the Skill Scroll (Scepter Mastery).
1. Accept the Quest
After reaching level 10, speak with Angela in the central tower of Sanctum.
She will offer you the "Mastery of Scepters" quest and provide you with a Skill Scroll (Scepter Mastery).
2. Use the Skill Scroll
Open your inventory and locate the Skill Scroll (Scepter Mastery).
Select the scroll and choose the option to read it.
Reading the scroll will grant you the Scepter Mastery skill, enhancing your abilities with Scepters.
3. Confirm Skill Acquisition
After reading the scroll, check your skills menu to ensure that Scepter Mastery has been added.
