Can You Save Belenna in Avowed? What to Know

In Avowed’s Missing Rangers quest, you’ll come across Belenna, a ranger who has been afflicted by the Dreamthrall plague. Unfortunately, you cannot save her—but there’s more to the story.

What Happens to Belenna?

  • You find her west of Fior Mes Iverno, barely clinging to her humanity.

  • She directs you to find Adelarro, her fellow ranger.

  • Adelarro has fully turned into a Dreamthrall and must be fought.

  • Belenna is too far gone, and you cannot cure her.

What Should You Do?

  1. Take Belenna’s Badge before leaving.

  2. Find Adelarro and defeat him.

  3. Loot Adelarro’s body for his badge.

  4. Return to Lieutenant Fidelio in Fior Mes Iverno and give him both badges.

Final Outcome

  • Fidelio will take care of Belenna despite her condition.

  • You receive the Ring of the Peerless Marksman as a reward.

  • The Missing Rangers quest is completed.

Can Belenna Be Cured?

Sadly, no. Once infected, there is no known cure for the Dreamthrall plague. Belenna’s fate is sealed, but at least she isn’t completely abandoned.
