In Two Point Museum, Enlightenment is a key system tied to Knowledge, determining how much your guests can learn from exhibits. The more Enlightenment you have, the more decorations, wallpapers, and interactive displays you unlock to improve your museum.
How Enlightenment Works
Every exhibit has a Knowledge level that can be increased.
Enlightenment is divided into six themes: Prehistory, Botany, Supernatural, Marine, Space, and Science.
To gain more Knowledge and raise Enlightenment, you must analyze duplicate exhibits in the Analysis Room using the Deconstructor.
Each theme has a maximum Knowledge cap, meaning you can only research a limited number of duplicates before hitting the limit.
How to Increase Enlightenment
Build an Analysis Room – Unlocked during the first Star Rating of Memento Miles.
Place exhibits in the Deconstructor – Be careful not to analyze rare ones unless you no longer need them.
Have an expert of the matching theme start the analysis.
Once completed, Knowledge increases, contributing to your museum’s overall Enlightenment.
Enlightenment Rewards
Higher Knowledge levels unlock new rewards such as:
Decorations that match each theme.
Wallpapers and flooring for themed areas.
Workshop projects like interactive displays that boost guest engagement.
Once an exhibit type is fully researched, analyzing more duplicates won’t increase Enlightenment further, so choose carefully.
Final Blurb
Enlightenment is essential for improving your museum, unlocking new visual upgrades and interactive experiences. Make sure to analyze exhibits wisely, keep duplicates for research, and balance your themes to get the most out of your museum's learning potential.
