Two Point Museum: How to Manually Catch Criminals

So you just saw a thief steal your best exhibit and run out the front door while your Security Guard stood there chewing gum. Yeah. Welcome to Two Point Museum. Let’s fix that.

How Criminals Work

  • Some guests are criminals in disguise. You won’t know who until they vandalize or steal an exhibit.

  • Once they act, they change clothes, revealing themselves.

  • You need to catch them fast, or they’ll run off with your stuff forever.

How to Expose and Catch Criminals Manually By Yourself

1. Pause the Game When You Get a Crime Alert

  • Crime happening? Hit pause.

  • You now have time to make a move without chaos.

2. Open the Staff Menu

  • Go to your list of Security Guards.

  • Find a guard not busy or one already chasing the thief.

3. Drag and Drop the Guard Onto the Criminal

  • Pick up the guard.

  • Drop them right on the criminal’s head.

  • The guard will instantly grab them—no running, no fuss.

4. You Can Hire a New Guard Too

  • No free guards? Just hire a new one.

  • Drop them straight onto the thief. Problem solved.

Pro Tip: Watch the Bathrooms

Some criminals called Boggymen sneak in through toilets. Yeah, you read that right.

  • Keep a guard near bathrooms to catch them early.

  • Zoom in during raids to spot them coming out of toilets—you can’t make this stuff up.

Cameras Don’t Stop Crimes

  • Cameras spot criminals but won’t catch them.

  • Guards respond, but sometimes they take their sweet time.

  • That’s why you dragging guards manually is way more effective.

Final Blurb

Security Guards may be slow, but you aren’t. Pause the game, drag a guard onto the criminal, and boom—crime stopped. Exhibit saved. Thief caught. And your museum stays classy... and not robbed.
