How to Move Your House in Longvinter

Did you put your house in the worst possible location? Maybe it’s buried in the snow, too far from supplies, or just feels like a bad life choice. Good news—you can move it without starting over. Here’s how…
Step 1: Dismantle Your House
Go to your workbench inside your house.
Click on the Decay tab (yes, it sounds scary, but trust the process).
Scroll all the way down and select Dismantle.
This will convert your house back into a tent and workbench, so you can place it somewhere more convenient.
Step 2: Find a Better Spot
Pick a place closer to vendors, resources, or at least a warmer climate if you’re tired of freezing to death.
Avoid high-traffic areas unless you enjoy random strangers looting your dropped backpack.
Step 3: Rebuild Your House
Place your tent in the new location and set up your workbench again.
Start depositing wood until you can upgrade it back into a house.
Bonus Tips
Cold Weather Gear: If you still want to brave the snow, look for a Strawberry Hat (helps with cold) in Arena 1 (Norra) or Arena 2 (Grunni).
Bigger Backpack: The Hiking Backpack (more storage space) can also be found in those arenas.
Moving Supplies: If your inventory is full, either make multiple trips or recruit a friend to help haul stuff.
