Surviving in R.E.P.O. isn’t easy., and it definitely was not meant to be. Monsters lurk in the shadows, your stamina is a joke, and the Taxman is silently judging you. So, unless you enjoy getting flattened every round, you’ll need to heal.

Here’s a quick guide on how to restoring health.

How to Heal in R.E.P.O.

  1. Survive the First Level – No healing until you beat Level 1. Make it to the extraction point, secure some loot, and exit the site.

  2. Visit the Service Station – After cashing out, you’ll get a break. This is where you can buy Health Packs (along with other pricey but useful gear).

  3. Buy a Health Pack – If you’ve got the cash, grab one. The prices are brutal, but so is bleeding out.

    • Small Pack ($3K) – Heals 25HP

    • Medium Pack ($6K) – Heals 50HP

    • Large Pack ($11K) – Fully restores 100HP

  4. Take It Back to the Truck – Items don’t activate right away. You need to leave the store and return to the truck before using them.

  5. Use the Pack – Pick it up and press E to consume. If the green plus sign disappears, congrats—you’re officially less fragile.

Extra Healing Advice

  • Revived players start with 1HP but can recover 25HP in the truck before heading to the Service Station for a full heal.

  • Teammates can share health – Hold left-click on the back of their head to give them 10HP (because friendship is about sacrifices).

  • Forget to use a Health Pack? Don’t worry—it sticks around until you need it. Just don’t enter the next level at death’s door.

Now go heal up and try not to bankrupt yourself in the process.
