Act 1: Ashes Tags
14 Years After E-Day
1. At the start, after choosing either path, go straight to the Gears logo. The tag is below it.
2. In the room where the Locust cut open a door, under the stairway.
3. After the cut-open door, go upstairs and find it on the left side.
Trial by Fire
4. In the small open area with a Gears logo at the end, opposite the logo.
5. Inside the building after the bridge fight, left of the exit.
Fish in a Barrel
6. Behind the fountain next to a small tree.
Knock Knock
7. Before the House of Sovereigns fight, beside the white van with a Gears logo.
Hammer
8. After rescuing Cole, upstairs in a hallway, left side at the end.
9. After killing the second Seeder, inside the building with the Gears logo, downstairs on the right.
China Shop
10. At the start, turn around the corner to find it.
11. At the end of the third Berserker room, left of the exit.
12. Immediately after, outside to the left under a Gears logo.
Act 2: Nightfall Tags
Grist
13. At the start, down metal stairs and over a stone block.
14. After leaving the catwalk room, below the stairs at the alley.
15. Before the stranded settlement, left side by a tree.
Lethal Dusk
16. Before Checkpoint 2, shoot the gas canister in the shed.
17. At the start of Dom’s flashlight section, on the left side. Shine the light before grabbing it.
Dark Labyrinth
18. After leaving the house, to the right near a car.
Act 3: Belly of the Beast Tags
Downpour
19. On the long platform behind building “3.”
Evolution
20. In the wooden floor room, right corner behind the generator.
21. In the cart control room, go downstairs before pressing the green button.
Darkest Before Daw
22. After drill platforms, at the path with the Gears logo.
23. After sliding down the slope, in the corner by the small building stairs.
24. Before the Corpser fight, in the right corner of the area.

25. Return to the starting area. Take the fourth staircase and go forward.
Bad to Worse
26. At the start, below the Gears logo on the right wall.

27. Inside Fenix Estate, after the lab, shoot the wooden box after the ambush.

28. Past the partly opened gate, at the end of the path.
Window Shopping
29. Inside the parking lot staircase, go down instead of up.
Jurassic Proportions
30. During the Brumak fight, behind barriers on the far side.
Train Wreck
31. In the first train wagon, left side on the ground.
32. In the third wagon, right corner before the ladder.
33. In the fifth wagon, after releasing cylinders, turn left into the wagon with the Gears logo and go to the end.
