Vision Sanctums in Final Fantasy Resonance ask you to respond to questions inspired by the history and personality of the hero you are about to unlock. The game presents them like a compatibility test, which makes it reasonable to wonder whether picking the wrong response can cost you a Vision or change what you receive. Here are the confirmed Vision questions, what to choose for each one, and exactly what your answers can change.

Final Fantasy Resonance Vision Questions and Answers
There are no wrong answers to Vision questions in Final Fantasy Resonance. You receive the same Vision regardless of which responses you choose, and the quiz does not alter its stats, abilities, role, Resonance attack, or unlock any additional reward.
That means the best answer to every Vision question is simply whichever response you prefer. If you only want to unlock the Vision and continue playing, you can choose any option without worrying about the result.
- There is no required correct answer.
- You cannot fail a Vision quiz.
- Every answer path awards the same Vision.
- Your Vision's stats and abilities do not change.
- No item or bonus reward is tied to picking the “right” response.
- Some choices can change the final dialogue you receive from the Sanctum.
If you still need to find the Visions themselves, our Final Fantasy Resonance all Visions locations guide covers all 26 unlocks and when each one becomes available.
Warrior of Light Vision Questions and Answers
The Warrior of Light quiz asks three questions based on the original Final Fantasy and the journey of its first hero. None of the three has a required answer, so you can pick whichever response best matches how you would handle the situation.
- Fight on and find meaning along the way.
- Feel anxious about being the chosen one.
- Simply enjoy the journey.
- Best Answer: Any option.
- Get to the root of the problem.
- Become stronger than them.
- Act instead of worrying about it.
- Best Answer: Any option.
- Consider it a small price to pay.
- Think it may be for the best.
- Trust that other Warriors of Light will follow.
- Best Answer: Any option.
Nothing in the Warrior of Light quiz changes his Vision. Complete all three questions with any combination of answers and you receive the same Warrior of Light unlock.
Terra Vision Questions and Answers
Terra's quiz works slightly differently, but only in its dialogue. Every response still unlocks Terra, although two specific answers can change how the Sanctum describes your compatibility with her at the end.
- Overcome your fear and embrace it.
- Investigate how it happened.
- Use the power to help others.
- Best Answer: Any option.
- Accept yourself for who you are.
- Close yourself off from others.
- Rejoice in your uniqueness.
- Best Answer: Any option unlocks Terra. Choosing “Rejoice in your uniqueness” changes the closing compatibility dialogue.
- Love takes many forms, and that sounds like one.
- There is no need to give it a name.
- Only if they call it love too.
- Best Answer: Any option unlocks Terra. Choosing “Only if they call it love too” changes the closing compatibility dialogue.
If you choose either of the two marked responses, the Sanctum ends by emphasizing the differences between you and Terra. If you avoid both, it instead describes the two of you as having more in common.
That change is purely narrative. Terra's Vision, combat kit, and Resonance remain exactly the same.
Cloud Vision Questions and Answers
Cloud's Vision quiz focuses on responsibility, uncertainty about your past, and dealing with loss. Just like Warrior of Light, Cloud has no answer combination that changes the reward.
- As long as I get paid.
- Not interested.
- See where it goes.
- Best Answer: Any option.
- Continue pursuing your enemy.
- Look at how others live their lives.
- Confront your past and your memories.
- Best Answer: Any option.
- Concentrate on the mission.
- Try to change fate.
- Focus on what remains rather than what was lost.
- Best Answer: Any option.
Finish the three questions however you like and Cloud joins your Vision collection with the same abilities and Resonance regardless of your choices.
Do Vision Answers Change Anything?
Vision answers only affect how the Sanctum responds to your personality and, in some cases, the wording of its final compatibility message.
The ending generally frames your relationship with the Vision in one of two ways: either you share a similar outlook with that hero, or your differences can become a strength as you continue traveling together.
Neither outcome is better. A message saying that you and the Vision are different does not mean you failed the quiz, received a weaker version, or missed a reward.
This is separate from other dialogue choices in Final Fantasy Resonance that can have actual consequences. The questions inside Vision Sanctums are primarily there to connect the hero's history to your own responses rather than create another branching reward system.
What About the Other Vision Questions?
The same rule applies when other Sanctums ask compatibility questions: you do not need a specific sequence of correct responses to obtain the Vision.
The confirmed complete question sets above cover Warrior of Light, Terra, and Cloud. Exact question wording for every other Vision has not been independently confirmed in the material used for this guide, so those questions are not being filled in from guesses.
If you reach another Sanctum before this guide is expanded, answer however you want. Your choices will not prevent that Vision from joining your collection.
Can You Retake Vision Questions?
Yes. After completing a Sanctum, interact with its crystal again and you can replay the questions to see how different responses change the dialogue.
You do not receive a second copy of the Vision for doing this. Retaking the quiz is useful only if you want to see alternative reactions or compare the different compatibility messages.
There is therefore no reason to reload an earlier save because you regret an answer. Finish the quiz, take the Vision, and return to the crystal later if you want to choose differently.
