Crimson Moon Trophy Guide
Crimson Moon has 31 trophies on PS5: 1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 9 Silver, and 16 Bronze. Xbox and Steam have the same core list without the Platinum, leaving 30 achievements to complete.
The trophy list is much friendlier than it initially looks. Most requirements either come naturally from progression or accumulate across multiple Hunts, and even some of the intimidating trophies have surprisingly narrow requirements. You only need to complete one District Mission on Hellish difficulty for Hellish, for example, while No Deaths only asks for one District Mission without losing a life.
The trophies I would actually plan around are Fully Loaded, Lore Champion, Slay Together, No Deaths, Hellish, and Completionist. Everything else can largely be allowed to progress alongside normal play rather than turning your first several hours into unnecessary grinding.

Crimson Moon Platinum Trophy Roadmap
The most efficient approach is to spend your first runs progressing normally rather than targeting individual trophies. Complete the Prologue, unlock Sanctus Clypeus, follow the primary missions, use Nexus Gates, collect whatever equipment and Lore Scrolls you encounter, and keep improving your permanent character progression.
Several trophies should unlock naturally during this process. Prologue is awarded whether you complete the introductory mission through death or victory, First Death of Many comes from your first true mission death, and Meet Mereda is tied to completing the Librarian Briefing quest. Level 5, Level 10, Level 20, and eventually Level 30 simply follow your character progression.
I would also get Perfect Parry out of the way relatively early. You only need to execute one Perfect Parry, and learning the mechanic is useful for the rest of the game anyway. If the timing feels strange, my Crimson Moon Perfect Parry guide covers the controls and why you generally need to begin the parry earlier than you might expect.
As you progress, deliberately collect Lore Scrolls, store worthwhile equipment for purification, and complete Nexus Gate Objectives instead of rushing past opportunities that contribute toward other trophies. Don't grind enemy kills or Souls yet. The Level 30, Completionist, and broader progression requirements are going to make you play plenty of Crimson Moon anyway.
Once you're substantially stronger, clean up No Deaths and Hellish on individual District Missions. Finally, check whether you still need Fully Loaded, 50 Lore Scrolls, 50 purified items, 100,000 total Souls, 1,000 enemies, or any primary missions and bosses for Completionist.
Are Any Crimson Moon Trophies Missable?
The current trophy list does not appear to contain a traditional permanently missable trophy. Crimson Moon is structured around replaying missions and districts across multiple runs, and Completionist itself specifically counts primary missions and bosses completed across runs rather than demanding everything in one perfect playthrough.
That doesn't mean every trophy progresses automatically. Fully Loaded has to be completed within a single run, while No Deaths and Hellish require specific mission completions. Those are run-specific conditions, but a failed attempt doesn't lock you out of trying them again.
The other major consideration is Slay Together. It requires completing a mission in co-op, so players who otherwise intend to play entirely solo will still need to enter multiplayer at least once for the Platinum.
Story, District, and Level Trophies
A large portion of Crimson Moon's trophy list is straightforward progression. Prologue, Meet Mereda, the three Abraxas Stone trophies, Victory, and the individual District trophies all correspond to major milestones you're going to encounter while advancing through the game.
The District trophies are The Forsaken Streets, Archspire Cathedral, Ramshorn Keep, Shoreditch, and Elk Grove Academy. There are also separate Silver trophies for acquiring the Abraxas Stone of Rot, Abraxas Stone of War, and Abraxas Stone of Arcana.
Victory requires completing a Full Run successfully and specifically allows either solo or co-op play. You don't need to assemble a multiplayer group just for this one.
The level trophies unlock at levels 5, 10, 20, and 30. I wouldn't grind experience exclusively for these during the early game. Continue completing missions and working toward the rest of the list first, because Level 30 overlaps naturally with the amount of play required for Completionist, 1,000 kills, Souls, loot purification, and the other cumulative trophies.
How to Get Fully Loaded
Fully Loaded is one of the trophies worth remembering before you start a run because its entire condition has to happen during that run. You need to acquire a Rare or higher equipment item for every equipment slot during a single run.
The key word is acquire. Your permanent collection of Rare equipment isn't what this trophy is checking; the requirement specifically concerns Rare-or-better equipment obtained for every slot during the run you're currently playing.
I wouldn't aggressively chase Fully Loaded during your earliest Hunts. Longer, more successful runs naturally give you more opportunities to encounter equipment, and progressing your character makes it easier to keep the run alive long enough for all of the required slots to line up.
When you decide to target it, prioritize exploration and loot opportunities instead of racing directly toward completion. Check every Rare-or-higher drop against the slots you still need. The trophy isn't asking whether every item perfectly fits your build, so this is one situation where acquisition matters more than whether you actually want to keep using the item.
Reserve management also becomes more important when you're paying close attention to loot. If you're confused about what can actually be removed during a Hunt, my Crimson Moon how to drop items guide explains the limitations around equipped and Reserved gear.
How to Get Lore Champion
Lore Champion requires collecting 50 Lore Scrolls. This is one of the trophies I would start working toward immediately rather than leaving it for the end, because every Scroll you find while naturally exploring is one less collectible you need during cleanup.
There is also an important advantage to Lore Scroll hunting: collected Scrolls are permanent. Crimson Moon retains Lore Scrolls you've discovered even if the mission ultimately ends in failure, so finding one is still meaningful progression even when the rest of the Hunt falls apart afterward.
That makes detouring for a Scroll much less risky than it might initially seem. You don't have to successfully finish the entire mission just to preserve that collectible.
Lore Scrolls also have a gameplay purpose beyond the trophy. Returning them to Mereda expands your progression around Boons, so exploring for Scrolls benefits future Hunts rather than existing purely as collectible cleanup.
Whenever you enter an unfamiliar section of a District, I'd explore before pushing immediately toward the next objective. Fifty is enough that ignoring exploration throughout the entire game could create an annoying cleanup phase later.
How to Get Great Soul Reclaimer
Great Soul Reclaimer requires earning 100,000 total Souls. You do not need to be holding 100,000 Souls simultaneously; the trophy wording tracks total Souls earned.
That distinction matters because dying during missions can cost you some of the Souls you've collected. You don't need to hoard everything until the counter reaches six figures, and spending Souls on permanent progression isn't working against the trophy requirement.
This is another trophy I would leave alone until late in the Platinum. Kills, missions, repeated districts, Completionist progress, Hellish preparation, and the Level 30 grind all contribute opportunities to earn Souls. Deliberately farming them before knowing how many you naturally accumulate is likely to waste time.
How to Get Blessed
Blessed requires collecting and purifying 50 items across runs. Unlike Fully Loaded, there is no single-run restriction here. Every qualifying item contributes to the same cumulative total.
Purification permanently adds equipment to your collection, so this trophy overlaps directly with expanding your Armory. Items that are successfully preserved and purified become available for future loadouts rather than disappearing when the Hunt ends.
Because you need 50 across the entire game, don't become overly selective during your first several runs. You may not intend to use every item forever, but expanding the permanent collection is simultaneously progressing Blessed and giving you more starting options.
If you're already collecting gear consistently, I would expect much of this trophy to happen naturally before you need dedicated cleanup.
Perfect Parry, Angelic, Nexus, and Kill Trophies
Several Bronze trophies are designed to make sure you've interacted with Crimson Moon's core systems. Let's Nexus requires completing three Nexus Gate Objectives, while Angelic requires triggering Angel Mode five times. Neither is something I'd build a separate farming strategy around.
Perfect Parry only requires a single successful Perfect Parry. If you've been avoiding the mechanic because the animation feels delayed, move your timing earlier instead of trying to deflect at the exact point of impact. Once you understand Crimson Moon's parry timing, this should be one of the simpler combat trophies.
Slayer requires 100 enemy kills and Infernal Slayer increases that requirement to 1,000. Again, don't farm these early. Completionist, Level 30, loot collection, Souls, Lore Scrolls, difficulty progression, and repeated Hunts give you a huge amount of combat before the Platinum is finished.
If Infernal Slayer remains after everything else is done, then enemy farming makes sense. Until then, every enemy killed specifically for the trophy is potentially an enemy you would have killed later anyway.
How to Get Slay Together
Slay Together requires finishing one mission in co-op. This is the trophy solo players should notice immediately because it is the one explicit multiplayer requirement in the trophy list.
You don't have to complete the entire game cooperatively. Finish a single mission with another player and you can return to solo play afterward.
Crimson Moon supports two players total in co-op. For a specific friend, you can host a session and have them join using the Host Code rather than relying on random matchmaking. My Crimson Moon how to play co-op guide covers the hosting and Join Via Code process.
I would get Slay Together done reasonably early instead of saving it as the literal final Platinum requirement. Multiplayer availability is the one part of this list dependent on another player, whereas almost everything else can be cleaned up whenever you want.
How to Get No Deaths
No Deaths sounds worse than it is. You do not need to complete an entire Full Run without dying. The trophy only requires completing one District Mission without losing a life.
That makes this an ideal cleanup trophy once you've improved your permanent equipment and become comfortable with a District. Pick a mission you understand well rather than trying to prove something on whichever encounter happens to be hardest.
Play conservatively. No Deaths isn't measuring speed, damage output, or style. Use the equipment and consumables that give you the greatest chance of surviving, and don't turn an otherwise safe attempt into a failure because you wanted another unnecessary combat interaction.
If you're struggling to find something comfortable, my Crimson Moon best builds guide covers several approaches for damage, sustain, and safer progression.
How to Get Hellish
Hellish is another trophy whose description is considerably less demanding than the name suggests. You only need to complete one District Mission on Hellish difficulty or higher.
You do not need to finish every District on Hellish, complete a Full Run on Hellish, or play the entire game at that difficulty for the trophy.
I would save this until your permanent progression is in a much better place. Crimson Moon lets you revisit previously completed Districts, so there is little benefit to turning Hellish into an early progression wall. Build your Armory, upgrade useful equipment, unlock more Boons, learn the bosses, and then return specifically for the trophy.
The strongest approach is consistency rather than chasing a theoretical maximum-damage setup. Hellish only cares that the mission gets completed.
How to Get Completionist
Completionist requires playing and completing all primary missions and bosses across runs. The phrase across runs is important because this is not asking you to encounter every possible requirement during one successful Full Run.
Crimson Moon is built around revisiting Districts and completing different content over repeated Hunts. Keep track of which primary missions and bosses you've actually completed rather than assuming Victory automatically means Completionist will also unlock.
I would treat this as the backbone of the Platinum rather than something to farm independently. Work through available primary content, explore alternate mission progress, defeat bosses you haven't completed yet, and let the cumulative trophies progress alongside it.
If Completionist is still locked after you've earned Victory and cleared the obvious District progression, that's the point where I would start auditing individual missions and bosses rather than replaying random content. Its wording is specific: every primary mission and boss needs a completion somewhere across your runs.
Other Crimson Moon Trophies
Gajov Make Strong requires upgrading any weapon or shield at the Blacksmith to Rare quality or higher. Blacksmith upgrades are permanent, so this fits naturally into normal progression rather than requiring you to sacrifice resources for a temporary trophy condition.
The Forsaken Streets, Archspire Cathedral, Ramshorn Keep, Shoreditch, and Elk Grove Academy trophies unlock from completing their respective Districts. The three Abraxas Stone trophies follow acquisition of the Stone of Rot, Stone of War, and Stone of Arcana.
Victory is awarded for successfully completing a Full Run either solo or in co-op, while Nephilim is the Platinum awarded after unlocking every other PS5 trophy.
Best Way to Get the Crimson Moon Platinum
Don't approach Crimson Moon like a checklist from the moment you finish the Prologue. Progress through the primary missions first while collecting Lore Scrolls, purifying equipment, using Nexus Gates, earning Souls, killing enemies, and leveling naturally. Most of the trophy list overlaps heavily with activities you already need to complete.
The main things worth actively remembering are to collect Lore Scrolls whenever you see them, complete one co-op mission for Slay Together, watch for a good run to target Fully Loaded, and leave No Deaths and Hellish until your character is strong enough that neither needs to become a major roadblock.
After Victory and most of the primary progression are finished, use Completionist as your main checklist and only grind whatever cumulative totals remain afterward. That order should eliminate a substantial amount of unnecessary trophy cleanup.
