Hellraiser Revival 100% Completion Requirements
You can earn all 44 achievements in one playthrough, including both endings. The estimated completion time is around 8–10 hours, provided you collect everything and complete the optional challenges before leaving their locations.
Xbox Achievements: 44
Total Gamerscore: 1,000
PlayStation Trophies: 45, including Platinum
Estimated Time: 8–10 hours
Estimated Difficulty: 4/10
Minimum Playthroughs: 1
Missable Achievements: 20
Difficulty Requirements: None
Chapter Select: No
Manual Save Slots: 8
The biggest limitation is the lack of chapter selection. Hellraiser: Revival also does not let you freely revisit previous areas after finishing the campaign, so missed collectibles and challenges can require loading an older save.
You can play on the easiest difficulty without losing access to any achievements. I would also rotate manual saves throughout the campaign rather than relying entirely on autosaves, especially before entering new areas.
Missable Achievements You Should Get Early
Although there are 20 missable achievements, a handful deserve extra attention because they require specific actions at certain locations. Complete these as soon as you reach the appropriate section.
What're Ya Buyin'? – Spend 666 coins.
What're Ya Sellin'? – Earn 999 coins from sales.
A Quiet Place – Escape the graveyard undetected without throwing anything.
Red Dead Damnation – Shoot all nine bottles at the docks.
Both shop achievements can be completed at Zora's first shop. Buy and sell items until you reach the required totals. There have been reports of these achievements becoming bugged on PS5 after leaving the first shop, so completing them during your initial visit is the safest approach.
For A Quiet Place, you must avoid detection throughout the graveyard and cannot throw anything to distract enemies. Remain crouched, use bushes for cover, and save before attempting the section. Both the cultists and Charlotte must be avoided.
Red Dead Damnation requires destroying nine bottles at a shooting range near the docks. Look for the wooden frame beside the boat and bring at least nine bullets. All nine bottles must be destroyed in one visit, since they can respawn if you leave to collect more ammunition.
Collectibles, Weapons, and Crafting Achievements
There are 27 achievement-related collectibles in Hellraiser: Revival. These are divided between firearms, crafting recipes, Pain Pillars, and Suffering Pillars.
Firearms: 5
Crafting Recipes: 12
Pain Pillars: 5
Suffering Pillars: 5
Total Required Collectibles: 27
You do not need to collect every readable note or lore document for achievements. Focus on the four categories above, along with weapon attachments and materials needed for crafting.
Guns, Lots of Guns requires obtaining all five firearms: Pistol, Shotgun, SMG, Revolver, and Assault Rifle. The Pistol is acquired through the story, while the remaining weapons are found or purchased later.
Lord of War requires fully upgrading a single firearm by filling all five attachment slots. The SMG is a good choice because several compatible attachments can be found during the campaign. If the achievement does not unlock after installing everything, try removing and reinstalling one attachment.
Librarian requires collecting all twelve crafting recipes, while Artificer requires crafting all twelve corresponding items at least once. The recipes are:
Healing: Bandage, Medkit
Repair: Basic Repair Kit, Advanced Repair Kit
Equipment: Bear Trap, Fuel Canister, Lockpick
Ammunition: Pistol Ammo, Shotgun Ammo, SMG Ammo, Revolver Ammo, Assault Rifle Ammo
Keep track of what you craft, since the game does not provide a dedicated checklist for previously crafted items. Materials are limited, so making expensive items multiple times can make the achievement harder than necessary.
There Are No Limits and Pain And Pleasure, Indivisible require activating all five Pain Pillars and all five Suffering Pillars, respectively. Pain Pillars improve health, while Suffering Pillars increase your capacity for Genesis Configuration powers.
Activating your first pillar also unlocks The Further Regions of Experience. Labyrinth areas can permanently close off routes as you advance, so explore each one before moving forward.
Finally, Codebreaker requires opening five numpad locks. There are more than five available during the campaign, giving you some flexibility. Look for four-digit combinations on nearby documents and objects.
Combat and Special Achievement Requirements
Several achievements reward unusual kills rather than simply defeating enemies. You can complete most of them during ordinary encounters if you prepare the right weapons or wait for enemies to enter vulnerable states.
Sticks and Stones – Kill an enemy with a thrown stone.
Wetwork – Perform ten undetected cultist stealth kills.
In the Land of the Pig, the Butcher is King – Kill 69 enemies with Hellchains.
Trickshot – Kill at least two enemies with one bullet.
Portable Guillotine – Behead three enemies using the same melee weapon.
Hairraiser: Revival – Die from an electrical hazard.
For Sticks and Stones, weaken an Unworthy enemy until it flashes blue, then throw a stone to finish it. Stones deal very little damage, so attacking a healthy enemy with one is inefficient.
Wetwork can be completed by crouching behind cultists and using stealth attacks. You have multiple opportunities throughout the campaign, so prioritize quiet eliminations whenever you encounter regular human enemies.
The 69 Hellchains kills can be farmed during the ability's introductory encounter. Use Hellchains against the enemies present, then reload the recent autosave to repeat the encounter until the achievement unlocks.
Trickshot requires bullet penetration. Equip the Assault Rifle with AP Rounds, line up two enemies, and shoot through both with one bullet. Weaker enemy groups are ideal because they require less damage to kill.
For Portable Guillotine, use a bladed melee weapon in good condition. Weaken three Unworthy enemies until they flash blue, then finish each with a head strike using the same weapon. The weapon cannot break before the third beheading.
Hairraiser: Revival only requires dying from electricity. Electrified water appears in certain areas, and entering it causes an immediate death. Save first so you do not lose anything important.
Which Achievements Unlock Through the Story?
There are 24 achievements that unlock automatically while completing the main campaign. These cover story encounters, escapes, major bosses, Genesis Configuration powers, and the final ritual.
The major boss achievements include Come to Daddy, Heart on Fire, No Mercy, Come Here, Damn You, I Want to Touch You, and Go to Hell!. Each is awarded after defeating its respective boss.
Other achievements, including With Great Power, Unlimited Power!, and What's in the Box?!, unlock as you gain or use abilities during mandatory story events.
You also earn achievements for escaping the Chatterer multiple times, meeting Cenobites, reaching the Field of Souls, and completing the Ritual of Rebirth.
There is no need to replay these encounters specifically for achievement completion. Instead, spend your attention on optional challenges and collectibles, which are the main sources of missed achievements.
How to Unlock Both Hellraiser Revival Endings
Hellraiser: Revival has two ending achievements, but you do not need two complete playthroughs to earn them. Both can be unlocked by making one final decision, then reloading the last autosave and choosing the other outcome.
Experience Beyond Limits
Accept the Cenobites' offer by following them through the opening in the apartment wall.
Human After All
Reject the Cenobites' offer by remaining inside the apartment until the opening closes.
After earning the first ending achievement, reload the final autosave. You will return to the decision before the ending, allowing you to choose the opposite outcome.
For a complete achievement run, focus on missables first, collect all required weapons and recipes, and keep manual saves throughout the campaign. Both ending achievements can be handled after everything else is finished.
