Cooking burgers is important to keep your customers happy. Here’s a quick guide on how to cook them and the proper level of doneness needed.

1. Get the Grill Ready

  • Make sure the grill is clean and turned on.

2. Place the Burger Patty

  • Take a raw patty and put it on the grill.

3. Watch It Cook

  • Look at the progress bar above the patty.

  • Cook one side until it reaches 100%.

4. Flip the Patty

  • Once the first side is done, flip the patty to cook the other side.

5. Don’t Overcook

  • If the patty cooks past 110%, it will burn, and customers won’t like it.

6. Build the Burger

  • Place the cooked patty on the bottom bun.

  • Add the toppings the customer wants.

  • Put the top bun on the burger.

7. Serve the Burger

  • Give the burger to the customer while it’s fresh and hot.
