Path of Exile 2: All Omen Guides and How to Get
In Path of Exile 2 (PoE2), the Omen is a Ritual-exclusive crafting item. It grants triggered abilities that activate when certain conditions are met (depending on the type), like taking damage or killing an enemy.
Here’s a guide to understanding, getting, and using Omens.
What Is an Omen?
What it does: Grants a triggered ability that activates under specific conditions, such as “on hit,” “on kill,” or “on low life.”
Why it’s useful: Omens provide situational effects that can save your character in emergencies or boost damage when conditions are met.
For example:
An Omen might trigger a healing effect when you drop below 20% health.
Another might grant increased damage after killing an enemy.
