If you’re trying to figure out which Lancer to play in FragPunk, this tier list breaks down the best choices. Every Lancer has their strengths, but some stand out more than others.

S-Tier Lancers (Best of the Best)

These Lancers have high impact, strong abilities, and work well in any match.

  • Zephyr – The stealth assassin with teleportation and invisibility. Deadly but hard to master.

  • Pathojen – The only true healer in FragPunk. Keeps teammates alive and controls the battlefield.

  • Spider – Teleportation traps and blinds make him great for battlefield control.

  • Broker – Explosive power with his rocket launcher and smokescreen. A solid all-rounder.

  • Hollowpoint – A sniper specialist who can track enemies and eliminate them from range.

A-Tier Lancers (Strong but Situational)

These Lancers are powerful but need good positioning or strategy to shine.

  • Axon – A shotgun-and-grenade hybrid, but risky to play aggressively.

  • Kismet – Scans enemies and becomes invisible, but has a learning curve.

  • Serket – Great at area control with teleportation and a slow-moving tornado.

  • Corona – A highly mobile attacker with a blind and a fiery damage zone.

B-Tier Lancers (Decent but Niche)

These Lancers can work well but require specific setups or teamwork.

  • Nitro – Turrets and drones give intel, but low damage makes him weaker.

  • Chum – A minion-based trapper, but Chomper isn’t always reliable.

  • Sonar – Good for team play with enemy detection but lacks direct power.

  • Jaguar – Trap-based detection, but doesn’t do much outside of vision control.

Final Blurb

FragPunk’s meta will evolve, so every Lancer has potential, but these rankings reflect their general impact and ease of use. If you want consistent strength, stick to S and A-tier picks, but if you love utility or disruption, B-tier options can still be fun!
