How to Get More Spirit in Path of Exile 2

In Path of Exile 2 (POE2) Spirit is a resource used for activating buffs, auras, and summoning permanent minions. Managing Spirit is absolutely critical for bettering your character’s abilities. Here are the best ways to get more Spirit:
1. Equip Items That Increase Spirit
Scepters: These weapons often boost Spirit, with base increases of around 100 points depending on modifiers.
Solar Amulets: These accessories can add between 10 to 15 Spirit, depending on their rolls.
Unique Items: Some rare items grant additional Spirit. These can be hard to find and may require trading.
2. Complete Quests for Permanent Spirit Boosts
As you progress through the game, certain quests and bosses reward you with consumables that increase Spirit:
Act 1: Completing the "Ominous Altars" quest (by defeating the optional boss "The King in the Mists") rewards the Gembloom Skull, a consumable item that permanently increases Spirit by 30.
Acts 2 and 3: Similar quests in these acts provide items that increase Spirit by 30 each when used.
