Path of Exile 2: How to Get Pets
In Path of Exile 2, pets are cosmetic companions that follow your character without affecting gameplay. Here's how to acquire them:
1. Purchase Supporter Packs
Supporter Packs offer cosmetic items including pets. For example:
Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack: Includes the Baby Crowbell Pet and the Lord of Ogham Kiwi Pet.
King of the Faridun Supporter Pack: Has the King of the Faridun Kiwi Pet.
These packs can be bought on the official Path of Exile 2 website.
2. Participate in Twitch Promotions
During special events, Path of Exile 2 collaborates with Twitch to offer exclusive pets:
Support a Streamer Event: By purchasing or gifting two Twitch subscriptions of any tier (excluding Prime Subs) to a channel streaming Path of Exile 2, you can earn the Chimera Pet.
3. Transfer Pets from Path of Exile 1
If you have pets in Path of Exile 1, many will carry over to Path of Exile 2. However, not all may be immediately available during Early Access, as the developers are working to integrate all previous microtransactions.
How to Equip Pets
Once you've obtained a pet:
Open the Cosmetics Tab: Access your character's cosmetics menu.
Select the Pet: Choose the pet you want to equip from your collection.
Apply the Pet: Confirm your selection to have the pet accompany your character.
You can have up to two pets following you at once. Additionally, pets can be placed in your hideout to roam freely.
